I'm Carl Bohling. I'm a Network Engineer and a 20-year Air Force veteran. I set up and fix networks, computers and websites, check your security, and teach your staff to use AI. I do the work in the evening and on weekends so your business keeps running during the day.

Office networks, Wi-Fi, firewalls and backup internet. Cisco routing and switching, firewall swaps and after-hours cutovers so your business isn't down during the day.
Cybersecurity checks and hack cleanup
I check your setup for weak spots, lock down logins and turn on two-factor, and clean up and report when something gets hacked.
Computer repair
Slow, broken or infected computers fixed, and new ones set up with your files and programs moved over.
Website design and updates
New websites built, and existing ones kept updated, backed up and secure.
AI training for businesses
I teach your staff how to use AI tools for real work and what not to paste into them.
Circuit and link testing
RFC 2544 and ITU-T Y.1564 testing on internet circuits, fiber and wireless links to check you get the speed you pay for.
Dental office IT
IT for dental offices: Eaglesoft, servers and workstations, digital X-ray sensors, intraoral cameras and operatory equipment, set up and kept running. I supported six dental offices for years in Florida, from Eaglesoft upgrades to setting up and calibrating Schick and Sirona (Sidexis) X-ray sensors and Panoscan 360 panoramic X-ray machines, and mounting a surgical microscope.

A recent job
A small business owner had no idea their website had been hacked. Someone had stolen the password to the admin account their web company used, and a botnet had posted about 800 casino and spam pages on the site, most of them in one month.
I locked that account out, removed the spam and kept every real page. Then I wrote the owner a plain-English report and a letter to the web company asking how it happened and for a full server scan.
About me
I spent 20 years in the Air Force keeping sensor and network equipment running around the world, a lot of it in a top secret environment. For two and a half years I ran the 24/7 network operations center for the Air Force's largest sensor network, more than 3,600 sensors worldwide, and led a team of 20. I started this business in 2009 as Knisper Computers in Florida and have taken care of 18 small businesses, including six dental offices and three law offices. Today I'm a Network Engineer on Utah's statewide public-safety network. When something breaks I find out why and fix it so it doesn't happen again, and I explain it in plain English.
